Just so excited to share the We Run On Art Chicago Collection of prints and cards for this year’s race! Each one was hand drawn, imagined and created with care, excitement and love to celebrate one of the most special marathons in the world ❤️⭐🩵 and with hopes that they’ll make you smile and give you something tangible to remember the race or support a runner you love who’s running it.

I’m so excited to share the collection of prints and cards I’ve designed for this years’s Chicago Marathon, which will launch on the We Run On Art web site next week on September 1st! ❤️⭐️🩵

I had so much fun creating a special map with fun illustrations of some of my favorite things about the city and moments along the course, and made mini prints and cards too!

I’ve run this race three times (in 2003 (peep my tee shirt from that year!) 2015 and 2024) and have traveled to the Windy City to cheer for and support our @paceofmecoaching team for seven of the last eight years. There’s truly nothing quite like Chicago and I’m just so excited to share these special pieces with you!

Running is the ultimate “long distance relationship” … We don’t always like it but there’s no question that we love it.

It requires dedication, patience, compromise. It’s both complicated and simple, makes time go by crazy fast and also verrry slowly, feels amazing and also can be extremely painful, fills us up with hope and breaks our hearts, makes us strong and exposes us to our weaknesses, feels like coming home and also takes us on wild adventures …. sometimes these things happen all at once!

Here’s to the love of the run! ♥️ Keep going!

This weekend, we had the best time celebrating runners and creating art for the miles that matter. Congratulations to all those that raced the Raleigh RunDown Downhill Mile on Saturday night put on by @sirwalterrunning and sponsored by @paceofmecoaching !

We Run On Art designed a custom Art Print for the race and had the chance to stamp runners’ official finish time right onto their unique piece at the awards and afterparty at Trophy Brewing — turning a race-day result into something they can actually keep and remember. If you raced and didn’t have a chance to make it to the after party, reach out to us and we’ll make sure to get you your print 💚
