Meet Jess
Artist, Runner, Coach.
As a lifelong artist and runner, Jess Hofheimer started We Run On Art in 2019. Inspired by the creative connection she feels through both making art and running miles, she wanted to turn her love of both into something meaningful and memorable for other runners.
A 29x marathoner with a recent PR at 50, Jess is deeply rooted in the running community as a coach and runner. She understands that people run for so many reasons: the friendships, milestones, inside jokes, hard days, breakthroughs, and simple joy of showing up.
Her art brings those moments to life, creating pieces that celebrate the culture, community, and memories that make running so much more than a sport.
What we believe
Running means more.
Running is Culture.
Running is more than training plans and finish times. It is self care, self discovery, early mornings, race-day traditions, and friendships. We create art that celebrates just that.
Running is Community.
The best part of running has always been the people. We believe everyone belongs here, and our artwork reflects the diversity, connection, and shared experiences that unite runners everywhere.
Running is Worth Remembering.
The races, breakthroughs, and everyday miles that shape us deserve more than a medal tucked away in a drawer. We transform those moments into artwork you will proudly display, gift, and collect.
How we show up
The story behind our logo.
Like our art, every detail of our brand tells a story. We wanted the visuals behind We Run On Art to reflect the simple rituals that unite runners everywhere. After all, every run starts the same way: by tying your shoes.
That everyday ritual inspired our hand-drawn brand mark, created by Jess. The loose shoelace, formed in the shape of a heart, represents the connection between running, art, and the creativity that happens where the two meet: your heart.
Our colors are inspired by the places that become part of your story, from quiet trails and open skies to race-day energy and the yellow line stretching down the center of the road. They are a reminder that the miles do not just take us somewhere, they help us create memories that matter.
