We’re so glad you’re here. We Run On Art exists to celebrate the culture and meaning of running through artwork that captures the miles, memories, and moments that matter most.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how you may use our website and purchase products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This website is operated by Pace of Me, LLC, doing business as We Run On Art ("We Run On Art," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Using Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our Products

We Run On Art creates artwork inspired by the running community and the moments that make every runner’s journey unique.

Our collection may include:

• Other physical or digital products

Because many of our products are produced in small batches or limited quantities, availability may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping rates may change without notice. If we discover an error in pricing after an order has been placed, we’ll contact you before processing your order or issue a full refund if necessary.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

4. Placing an Order

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it.

Occasionally, we may need to cancel or decline an order due to inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. If that happens after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

We’re a small business and every order is prepared with care.

Processing and shipping times listed on our website are estimates and may vary during busy seasons, product launches, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to make it right.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

Some We Run On Art products require personalization before production can begin.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to submit the information needed to create your piece. Depending on the product, this may include names, race details, dates, photographs, or other personalization.

To keep production moving, we ask that you submit your information within 48 hours of placing your order. If we don’t receive your completed information within that time frame, your order may be delayed until everything has been received.

Please carefully review everything before submitting. You’re responsible for ensuring all names, dates, spellings, race information, uploaded photographs, and other personalization details are accurate.

Once production has begun, personalized or custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

8. Product Photos & Color

We do our best to accurately represent every product on our website.

Because every screen displays color a little differently, and because many of our products are professionally printed, you may notice slight variations between what you see online and what arrives in person.

Small variations in color, paper texture, or print finish are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.

9. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this website, including artwork, illustrations, product designs, graphics, logos, photography, copy, branding, and other creative content, is owned by Pace of Me, LLC d/b/a We Run On Art or used with permission.

Purchasing artwork gives you ownership of the physical product, not the copyright or intellectual property rights.

Unless we’ve given written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce our artwork
• Scan or digitally reproduce our artwork
• Modify or create derivative works
• Sell or redistribute our artwork
• Use our artwork for commercial purposes

We appreciate you respecting the work that goes into creating every piece.

10. Personal Use

Our artwork is intended for personal enjoyment, gifting, and collecting.

Unless we’ve provided written permission, products purchased from We Run On Art may not be reproduced, resold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes.

11. Limited Edition Collections

Some collections are intentionally released in limited quantities.

When a product is described as "limited edition," availability is limited while supplies last. We reserve the right to determine production quantities and whether a design will ever be reproduced.

12. Respectful Use of Our Website

You agree not to:
